The BCSDC’s annual general meeting will take place this year on April 17th, 2021 from 7:00-9:00PM.
This meeting will be held via a Zoom call. All members will have been sent a link to register for this meeting via Zoom shortly after this message is posted. If you did not receive an invitation, please email info@bcswingdance.ca.
We require as many club members on the call as possible to meet quorum, so please attend.
A friendly reminder – if you purchased a membership in 2020, it has been rolled over for the entire calendar year of 2021.
Like every year, every position is open for election at this meeting. We urge you to consider running. All board meetings are held virtually, so you can be geographically located anywhere and still participate. Positions include President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Member at Large.
