Beginner Crash Course a Success!

Thanks to all who made the BCSDC Crash Course a huge success. Amy Shibasaki and her assistant Alia taught 250 people. We maxed out the room! Also many thanks to all the unsung experienced dancers who helped out with directing the rotation and providing lead and follow guidance.

Using Whips for Musicality

Where: Confederation Centre in Burnaby (4585 Albert Street)

When: Saturday January 20th, doors open at 6:30 pm.

No beginner lesson – See 4.5hr Crash Course info below.

Intermediate WCS class from 7-8 will be taught by Ian Kirkconnell. The theme for the class is “Using Whips for Musicality”

Social dance 8-11 with #!DJ and DJ JAmes

Costs

  • Beginner Lesson: None – See Crash Course below!
  • Intermediate lesson: $8 member, $10 guest, $4 student
  • Social Dance: $12 member, $15 guest, $7 student

We accept cash or card payments at the door.

Masks and vaccines are recommended.

Amy’s First 2 Ps to Better Dancing

Free beginner’s lesson from 7-8 will be taught by Dalynne.

Intermediate WCS class from 7-8 will be taught by Amy Shibasaki.

The theme for their class is “The first 2 ‘P’s to better dancing.”
